Greenpop approached us to assist in creating a package of assets for their client, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), to be used to share vital frameworks for involving women in forest preservation projects, a research-backed priority which improves outcomes across the board. This work introduces forest management project leaders to tools and strategies used to great success across the International Model Forest Network, a voluntary global community of practice whose members and supporters work toward the sustainable management of forest‐based landscapes and natural resources.
The deliverables for this project were an animated explainer video and corresponding social media template pack, PowerPoint deck, and a set of single-page factsheets detailing the successes of the Model Forest approach at sites in Bolivia, Cameroon, Thailand and China.

One of Jess's favourite parts of this project was small touches for localisation - check out all the different ways mothers carry their babies in China, Cameroon and Thailand!
